Yukon Cornelius is a character from the 1964 movie, "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer." Servo probably meant "Hermey" (another character) rather than "Herbie".
Yukon Cornelius is the grizzled prospector and Hermey is the elf who'd
rather practice dentistry than make toys at the North Pole in this classic
stop-action children's film from the '60s.
"Rudolph" was produced by Rankin-Bass Productions, which also
produced a number of other less-popular Christmas specials ("Santa
Claus Is Coming To Town" and "The Little Drummer Boy").
