One of the finest season 1 episodes, if not the best. Great riffing in the theater and a delightfully amusing Host Segment with Tom mocking the evil furry space alien from the movie.

A great episode, even by the standard set by later seasons. Joel and Servo's interpretion of the love scene is classic. Great in-theater bit with Crow and Servo trying to escape, and Joel running after them.

This film is quite possibly the worst film ever made.
fist up, not one but TWO Commando Cody episodes, what an a amazingly dull series this is...two totally inept thugs work for some guy from the moon who lives in a cave but their short on money so they try kidnapping Cody but of course, being inept, they botch that miserably so then they try and rob a bank...none of it makes any sense, and the "action" scenes are just cheap ways of stringing one episode into another.
The movie: (OK, see if you can follow this)
a little kid and his sister are playing spaceman and find two archeologists working in a cave, then later the kid slips, hits his head, and suddenly there are two lizards with fins taped on their back wrestling.
Aparently, the kids fall causes the world to end after a guy in a monkey suit with a fishbowl on his head and a fondness for soap bubbles takes over the world.
the last family left on Earth (the kid, his little sister, his older sister, his grandmom and the two acheologist guys who are now suddenly high tech scientists but live in a burned out basement pit) oppose Roman The Roman, and then Roman falls in love with the older sister, and then Roman kills just about everybody finally and then the lizards wrestle again and it was all a dream.
this movie appears to have been written by a five year old...perhaps the lead kid in the film?
filmed in an old quarry, it utilizes its single location over and over and over again.
its a must see episode, films this lame are incredible to try and guess how they ever got made in the first place.
